Director of Children’s Ministry
Living Word is a young and thriving church, founded out of a deep conviction to the Bible. We are based in Marshall, MN, and our church is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the Director of Children's Ministry. Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 Annually, depending upon experience.

Keys to Success:
- A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ.
- Prior related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Elementary Education.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of volunteers.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance ministry efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and purposeful programs and activities for children.
- Lead and supervise a team of volunteers, inspiring them to make a difference in the lives of children.
- Create a safe environment where children can learn, explore, and connect with God.
- Teach and facilitate age-appropriate lessons, Bible studies, and discussions.
- Organize and coordinate special events, such as Vacation Bible School, holiday programs, and activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents, keeping them informed about their child's activities and growth.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and conferences to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant child protection policies and procedures.
